The OITAF Ropeway Congress 2024 to be held in Canada

From 17 to 21 June 2024, the OITAF Ropeway Congress 2024 entitled ‘Ropeways – Smart Transport Solutions’ will be held in Vancouver, Canada. The event takes place every six years and brings together ropeway operators. Many topics central to the industry will be covered, including the development of ropeways in urban and tourist areas, the operation of ropeways, new developments in ropeway technology, and the central theme of sustainability. Registration is now open.

The conference language is English or French, with simultaneous translation into the other language as well as German and Spanish.

There will also be two days of visits to the year-round destinations Grouse Mountain and Whistler Mountain/Blackcomb. In addition, there is an attractive support programme for accompanying persons: Vancouver Island Tour and Grande Ville Island Tour.
