NBSL M&E TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD the “NBSL” announces the acquisition of majority stakes in Prisma Spa, a global manufacturer and su pplier of automatic doors for elevators, based in Mezzani (PR), Italy.

The M&A operation has been conducted thru NBSL Europe SRL, the European holding, incorporated in Bergamo/Italy. In the last years NBSL has seen significant growth in revenues in China a nd a constant revenues increase in India. The President of the NBSL, Mr Lu Feng declares: “We are excited for the acquisition of Prisma Spa, a Company with a long history and a formidable know out in the automatic doors business. We see this acquisition as one of the pillars of our Global presence strategy and we are confident their engineering expertise will be a positive contribution to NBSL, as we work to grow our business internationally”.

The former major stakeholder in Prisma Spa, Mr Luciano Sorio declares: “The integration of Prisma Spa in a big Group as NBSL will allow us to play at different level. I will remain as President of the BoD, my main duty will be to guarantee a smooth and effective transition”.
