Since July 2020 Giuseppe Molina is the new General Manager of CEI, the Italian Electrotechnical Committee. Molina, from Piedmont, is 52 years old, married, with a daughter.

He graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and comes from the energy and distribution sector. He has also worked in Enel for over 26 years and has held various management positions. After 13 years, he succeeds engineer Roberto Bacci.

He has significant field experience in hydroelectric, oil and coal-fired power plants, which led him to the leadership of Enel in Italy. Since 2018 he has been in charge of the quality and reliability of components at global level in 8 countries (3 in Europe and 5 in Latin America). From 2014 to 2017 he held the role of manager of the Italian power generation plants and CEO of Enel Produzione Spa.
