VFA-Interlift and the VFA-Academy celebrate the successful premiere of the first VFA Young Leadership Day.
With this new event, the association has created a dedicated forum for young executives and high-potential talents in the elevator industry – sending a strong signal for the future.

Nearly 30 participants from VFA member companies accepted the invitation and used the day and the preceding evening to network in an open, equal environment.

Keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and discussions on topics such as leadership skills, personnel development, and strategic planning shaped the program.

The opportunity to share experiences free from hierarchy and to connect with like-minded colleagues was particularly highlighted and appreciated by the young executives.

“With the VFA Young Leadership Day, we as the VFA-Academy have broken new ground – and immediately felt how great the demand is. The energy and commitment of the participants demonstrated that our industry has a strong next generation,” explains Andreas Hönnige, Managing Director of the VFA-Academy.

Due to the positive feedback, the VFA Young Leadership Day will become a permanent part of the Academy’s program and will be hosted by different member companies in the future. Together with the young leaders, we aim to further develop the format and continuously enrich it with fresh ideas.
