Simona Cardillo

A lawyer registered with the Milan Bar since 2010, during his career she has gained particular experience in business consulting, commercial contracts and compliance.

She manages and coordinates corporate compliance projects, especially referred to the issues of Benefit/CBP companies and corporate sustainability projects, privacy and the organisational model according to the Legislative Decree 231/2001.

She also collaborates in projects for the certification of the corporate credit management process. She lectures, holds legal training courses, drafts newsletters and publications focused on her professional sectors.
