A safe building from the structural point of view, from the point of view of the systems installed, the habitability offered to residents and the use by users. This is the range of topics that will be addressed during the Anapic (Associazione Nazionale Amministratori Professionisti Immobili e Condomini – National Association of Professional Administrators of Buildings and Condominiums) conference entitled ‘Progetto edificio sicuro’ (Safe Building Project), to be held in Milan on 15 November.

Organised by Anapic and sponsored by the Lombardy Region, the event will see Elevatori Magazine among the speakers. Elevatori Magazine, in fact, has been called upon to speak on the subject of lifts and, more generally, vertical transport within residential buildings, in front of a large audience of condominium administrators, housing and real estate professionals and representatives of local and national institutions. Two companies were present to represent our sector: GMV for component manufacturers and Ital-Lift for installers and maintenance technicians.

Among the speakers for the institutions will be Lombardy Region Housing Councillor Paolo Franco, the Honourable Paola Frassinetti, and Lombardy Region Councillor Alessia Villa.
