Tecnidoors S.p.A. takes a significant step toward the future with the formalization of an agreement with INGECO for the construction of its new facility in Momo, Novara (Italy). This ambitious project marks a strategic milestone in our journey of expansion and modernization within the Fermator Group.

The future site will cover a total area of 15,700 m² and will include state-of-the-art offices and production spaces. Designed to optimize operational flows and increase efficiency, the new facility will also provide a more comfortable and collaborative work environment for all teams.

A Long-Term Investment

Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025 and is expected to be completed by the second half of 2027. This timeline will ensure a comprehensive, high-quality build that aligns with our standards of excellence and sustainability.
