Following the Elective Assembly of UN.I.ON (Italian Union of Notified and Approved Organisms) held on 15 September 2023, Giorgia Feneri was elected to the presidency of the association: graduated in Civil Engineering, she began her professional activity in the family business, S.I.C. Srl Organismo Notificato, as an inspector for periodic and extraordinary inspections of lift systems, and as a lift system certifier. She became the Technical Manager of S.I.C. Srl, also dealing with the training of technicians and inspectors of systems for lifting and passenger/things transport. She is also trained as an Auditor for Management Systems. In 2005, she joined UN.I.O.N., first as a member of the WG ʻD.P.R. 162/99 e smiʼ, then as a member of the Board of Directors.
