DIALOGUE BETWEEN LIFTS OPERATORS AND BUILDING MANAGERS

 In News

Elevatori Magazine took part in the training convention for condominium managers organised by the Associazione Anapic (National Association of Condominium Managers) on 4 July 2024 in Milan.

The meeting is part of the broader agreement signed between the magazine and the association and is its first official event. This event provided for the issue of 4 training credits for condominium managers, according to Italian Ministerial Decree 140 /2014, and was also accredited by the Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano (the
Milan Bar Association).

The conference covered many topics of topical interest to the sector, including a number of speeches on overcoming architectural barriers. Other topics on the agenda were energy efficiency, architectural decorum, its protection, plant safety and the impact of new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, for the condominium manager.

On this occasion, the Elevatori Magazine was distributed to all participants and, starting with issue 4/2024, will be distributed in digital format to the more than 5,000 condominium managers associated with Anapic.

Also taking part in the training event were two companies in the lift sector, representing the world of component manufacturers and that of installers and maintenance technicians: GMV Martini Spa and Ital-Lift Srl respectively. Lift Expo Italia, the industry trade fair to be held in MiIano in December, also grasped the
importance of this new dialogue and wanted to be present with its own information material to invite condominium managers to visit the exhibition.
During the meeting, the new partnership between Elevatori Magazine and Anapic was officially presented.

The partnership was born with a common goal, that of growing the culture of accessibility of spaces, through a constant dialogue between builders, installers, managers and users, without forgetting the institutions and regulatory bodies. Elevatori Magazine and Anapic will join forces to develop projects and activities in this direction.

The President of Anapic, Lucia Rizzi, expresses great satisfaction regarding the synergy signed with Elevatori Magazine for a greater knowledge of the sector for Property Professionals and an expansion of training for young people who want to qualify as condominium administrators: “A very significant starting point for the knowledge of condominium sectors and for the training of future technicians of vertical transport, knowledge of standards, technical aspects to complete the training of administrators but also for the relaunch of sectors for which there is a shortage of workers. An appeal to institutions to encourage young talent and training with the simplification of qualification procedures, which are still somewhat complex today”.
