Dario Trabucco
Dario Trabucco (Venice, September 27th, 1980) has been an Associate Professor in Architectural Technology at the Iuav University of Venice since 2018, after earning a degree in Architecture and a PhD. In 2013, he is Visiting Research at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
He coordinates the research activities of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, serving as Research Manager. He works on tall buildings and vertical mobility, declining his research in the areas of product innovation and environmental sustainability.
In the elevator field, he has conducted research on behalf of Thyssenkrupp, Schindler, IGV, Anica, Anacam and AssoAscensori. He is a promoter of academic conferences and university training courses on the topic of integration between elevator and architectural design.
He has been a member of the Technical Committee of Elevatori Magazine since 2022.
