Lift Expo Italia postponed to 2021

The Italian lift exhibition, originally scheduled for May 2020 and later postponed to the end of September 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, has now been further postponed to 2021 (January 27 th to 29th ). For news and updates, please visit: www.elevatorimagazine.com and www.anicalift.it.

The National Anacam event postponed to December 2020

In view of the continuing emergency COVID-19, Anacam has decided to postpone the ANACAM 2020 event and the 49th National Assembly from 18-19-20 June to 2-3-4 December 2020, again at the Milan Marriott Hotel in Milan, in light of the measures implemented by the Government.
In respect of the participating companies, speakers and guests, Anacam has decided to move and not to cancel the event that brings together the entire supply chain to give confidence to the sector and promote the restart of the country and companies in the sector.

Anacam: virtual assemblies with all regions

Coronavirus, Anacam doesn’t stop, on the contrary it organizes itself to continue to work and to be at the side of the associates all over Italy through videoconferences on a specialized platform. The initiative was launched after the success of the videoconference held in Piedmont, where there was a total participation by the associates, and already Saturday, March 14 saw the associates of Anacam Calabria engaged in an online meeting. There will be two regional meetings per day, at 9am and 2.30pm, with the possibility of a third meeting at 5pm if necessary.  For further information, please consult the Anacam website. E2Forum Milan scheduled for October

The third edition of E2 Forum Milano will take place on Tuesday 20 October at the Sala Cavallerizze of the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci”.

New dates for the SPS Italia exhibition

Due to the developments linked to the spread of Covid-19, the respect and sense of responsibility towards the country, visitors, exhibitors and employees of the fair, Messe Frankfurt Italia has decided to postpone SPS Italia, which will take place in Parma from 28 to 30 September 2020. Expo World Elevator & Escalator Shanghai postponed to August

To ensure the health and safety of exhibitors and visitors, the Expo World Elevator & Escalator committee (scheduled to take place in Shanghai from 6 to 9 May 2020) has decided to postpone the fair: it will take place from 18 to 21 August 2020. (Updated on 17/03/2020)

Elevcon 2020 postponed: to be held in 2021

Elevcon, the event which was to be held in Prague from 16 to 18 June 2020, has been postponed to 2021 due to the Covid-19 emergency. The new dates have already been made available by the organisers: it will take place from 15 to 17 June 2021. The venue does not change: the Grandior Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic. Elevatori Magazine will also be present and will be part of the jury awarding the Hi-Tech Award to the best paper of the congress.

The Elevator Show Dubai postponed

Due to the the exceptional circumstances regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, The Elevator Show (TES) Dubai has been rescheduled to September 12-14, 2022. (Updated on 15/05/2020)

New dates for Asean M&E: the event will take place from 20 to 22 October 2020

Asean M&E will take place from 20 to 22 October 2020 and will be held in Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur. The decision to postpone Asean M&E, originally scheduled to take place from 23 to 25 June 2020, is taken with regret after careful consideration and close consultation with key stakeholders, exhibitors and industry partners due to the recent and increasing travel restrictions affecting industry participation and new travel measures taken by the Government of Malaysia in light of the COVID-19 situation. ASEAN M&E continues its work to ensure that the event will be another success for all exhibitors and visitors in the industry. (Update of 15/04/2020)

ISH India postponed to September

Due to the escalation of the global pandemic, Messe Frankfurt India, together with the Indian Plumbing Association, have mutually agreed to postpone ISH India. The fair, which would be held from 7 to 9 May 2020 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, will take place from 18 to 20 September 2020 at the same venue. (Update of 01/04/2020)

Oitaf cancels the seminar “Ropeways: the safest means of transport in the world?”

Naec cancels the spring conference

The Elevator Conference of New York (ECNY) was rescheduled for October 22. The event will be held at the Villa Baron Manor in Bronx, New York. In addition, another industry related trade show, BuildingsNY 2020, will be postponed until June 17-18 at the Javits Center in Manhattan. The news follows Governor Andrew Cuomo’s announcement of a ban on meetings of at least 500 people in New York City due to the coronavirus crisis. (19/03/2020)

 

Fair postponed: Light + Building will take place in September 2020

Due to the increasing spread of Coronavirus in Europe, Messe Frankfurt has decided, after intensive consultations, to postpone the Light + Building trade fair. The world’s leading trade fair for lighting and intelligent building will take place in Frankfurt am Main between the middle and the end of September 2020. The partners of Light + Building, the ZVEI and ZVEH associations, support this decision.  (updated on 04/03/2020)
