Christian Klümper Appointed Chief People Officer of Wittur
Wittur is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Klümper, as the company’s new Chief People Officer, effective January 1, 2025.
With over 16 years of leadership experience in human resources, Christian brings a wealth of expertise in the manufacturing and technology sectors, as well as a comprehensive understanding of private-equity-backed companies.
His proven track record in driving transformative HR strategies and creating high-performance cultures will be invaluable as he leads Wittur’s HR initiatives.
Christian joins Wittur from Syntegon Technologies, where he most recently served as Vice President of HR.
In this role, he successfully spearheaded global HR transformations, including the digitalization and standardization of HR processes, the modernization of IT systems, and the implementation of innovative compensation strategies.

His efforts in talent development and leadership programs were instrumental in strengthening organizational capabilities, improving succession planning, and fostering a culture of high performance.
Before his time at Syntegon, Christian held the position of Vice President of HR at Rodenstock, where he reported directly to the CEO. During his time at Rodenstock, Christian was key in implementing a global job grading system, talent development and leadership programs and advancing HR professionalization through digitalization and cultural change initiatives.
Christian is passionate about the critical role HR plays in driving business success, stating, “HR is one of the most important functions within a company.
