The 17th Anaci (Italian Association of Condominium and Property Administrators) Ordinary National Congress was held in Rome from 12 to 14 June 2026. The event, which was of crucial importance to the sector, saw President Francesco Burrelli re-elected for the 2026–2030 term and focused on amendments to the articles of association and the election of the new national executive committee.

The Assembly has renewed its confidence in the outgoing president. Safety, digitalisation, sustainability and the promotion of the profession are among the priorities for the new term.
