Bonfiglioli Spa finalises acquisition of Selcom Spa

Bonfiglioli S.p.A, a global leader in the market for drives for industrial process and handling machinery, wind turbines and mobile machinery for the construction, earthmoving and intralogistics sectors, following the announcement made on 7 February 2023, today announces that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Selcom Group S.p.A, a company specialising in the design, production and sale of electronic boards, electronic products, as well as software and solutions for customers in the industrial, biomedical, automotive, intralogistics and home-appliance sectors.


The parties have proceeded to execute the contract as all the conditions precedent provided for by the contract have been fulfilled and, among them, the obtaining of the necessary administrative authorisations regarding Golden Power and Antitrust.
