On November 6, 2025, Genoa will host the regular technical conference organized by the Anica association.

On this occasion, Francesco Burrelli, President of Anaci (National Association of Condominium Administrators), will also speak on topics related to the work of administrators with technicians in our sector (from contractual relationships to the modernization of old systems to predictive maintenance) and requests to the government, including the proposal to extend the 75% bonus.

Safety in condominiums will be addressed by Eng. Giuseppe Andreani, Technical Consultant at Anica, with a focus on the topic ‘Lifts between Standards, Risks, and Responsibilities’. Eng. Antonio Lizza (Anica Technical Expert) will speak on ‘Mandatory periodic maintenance: checks, requirements, and timing’. The event will be moderated by Eng. Barbara Manco, Anica Technical Advisor.
